1. Perishable Product Notice

Pete’s Twisted Bacon is a perishable food product. Due to the nature of our products and food safety regulations, we are unable to accept returns of opened or partially consumed products.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not the product you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. You will need to provide your order number and photographic evidence of the issue. Upon verification, we will offer a replacement or a full refund at our discretion, including any shipping charges.

3. Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the product received. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been processed for shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately through the contact information on the Site.

5. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Products that have been opened or partially consumed (unless damaged or defective on arrival).
  • Issues reported more than 48 hours after delivery.
  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but claimed as not received (we will work with the carrier to investigate, but cannot guarantee a refund).
  • Damage caused by failure to follow any included storage instructions.
