Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Rates

We offer the following shipping rates for all domestic (United States) orders:

Flat-rate shipping: $3.00 per order.
Free shipping on all orders of $65.00 or more.

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). During peak periods or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

3. Shipping Carriers and Delivery Times

We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx (carrier selection is at our discretion based on package size, weight, and destination). Estimated delivery times after processing are as follows:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship within the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands), Alaska, or Hawaii at this time. International shipping is not available.

We do not ship to countries or regions subject to U.S. sanctions administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). See our OFAC Compliance page for the complete list of restricted countries and regions.

5. Perishable Product Handling

Pete’s Twisted Bacon is a shelf-stable snack product. However, for optimal freshness and quality, we recommend storing it in a cool, dry place after receipt. In warm weather months, we may use insulated packaging at our discretion to ensure product quality during transit.

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected or actual delivery date. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or file a claim, and may issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of checkout. Pete’s Twisted Bacon is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Reshipments due to address errors may be subject to additional shipping charges.
